PRESENTMENTS OF THE GRAND JURY
OCTOBER 2015 TERM - DECEMBER 2015 SESSION
TURNER COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT

We, the Grand Jury serving at the October Session of the October 2015 Term make the following presentations:

1. We wish to thank the Honorable Bill Reinhardt, Judge, for his able instructions to this body, District Attorney Paul Bowden and the rest of the District Attorney's staff, Sheriff Andy Hester and his department, Chief James Davis and his department, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Clerk of Court Mary Lee Green, and our bailiff, Wayne Hobby.

2. The Grand Jury considered evidence presented concerning 23 offenses contained in 13 indictments and returned 21 True Bills, 0 No Bills, and 2 Tabled.

3. We the Grand Jury appoint Mary Jacque Odom as an alternate member of the Board of Equalization for a three year term commencing January 1, 2016.

4. We respectfully request that the Court order the within recommendations and presentments of the Grand Jury to be spread upon the minutes of the Turner Superior Court and be published in The Wiregrass Farmer and that the Clerk of Court send a copy of these presentments to the Turner County Commission.
