PRESENTMENTS OF THE GRAND JURY
APRIL 2016 TERM - AUGUST 2015 SESSION OF
TURNER COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT

We, the Grand Jury, serving at the August Session of the April 2015 Term make the following presentations:

1. We wish to thank the Honorable Bill Reinhardt, Judge, for his able instructions to this body, District Attorney Paul Bowden, Assistant District Attorney Robert Rogers and the rest of the District Attorney's staff, Sheriff Andy Hester and his department, Police Chief James Davis and his department, Mid South Narcotics Task Force Commander Jeff Youngblood and his agents, Clerk of Court Mary Lee Green, and our Bailiff, Wayne Hobby.

2. The Grand Jury considered evidence presented concerning 24 offenses, contained in 13 indictments and returned 20 True Bills, 4 No Bills, and 0 Tabled.

3. The Grand Jury reviewed the Probate Court financial reports.

4. We respectfully request that the Court order the within recommendations and presentments of the Grand Jury to be spread upon the minutes of the Turner Superior Court and be published in The Wiregrass Farmer and that the Clerk of Court send a copy of these presentments to the Turner County Commission.
